1. Find a qualifying product.  

While online, find a qualifying product that you want Eco-Chic Diamonds to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is an immediately available new product and is identical to our product. Eco-Chic Diamonds orders are available for price matching by online chat or by phone.

2. Chat to request a price match.  

Connect with us via Eco-Chic Diamonds Chat. Please be prepared to direct us to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match. You can also call (833) 670-2881 for a price match request.

 

Eco-Chic Confidence policy details.  

We won't be beat on price.  

We'll match the current product price of competitors for immediately available new products (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items).

 

Special considerations:  

• At the time of sale, we price match competitor product pricing.
• If we lower our online price during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
• Our Eco-Chic Confidence covers new items (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items). One price match at the time of purchase, per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

 

Our Eco-Chic Confidence does not cover:  

• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on a competitor's website.
• Pricing only available to select groups of customers including Membership Program members, loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership or paid loyalty programs and government exchange store offers.
• Competitor offers including pre-order offers, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, items denoted as Black Friday pricing, special daily or hourly sales and items for sale the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
• Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, and voice-only deals, whether offered by us or a competitor.

Eco-Chic Confidence FAQs  

How do I request a price match from Eco-Chic Diamonds?  

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, price match requests from Eco-Chic Diamonds are handled via online chat or phone. Tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want us to price match. We will then review and verify the price match request. By phone, call (833) 670-2881 for a Eco-Chic Diamonds price match request. Online chat price match requests must be made by the product purchaser. We reserve the right to limit price match online chat requests.

Eco-Chic Diamonds price match requests cannot be completed via e-mail. Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison. Purchases from A price match request after a purchase for items shipped to the customer can only be requested by the purchaser (the person who was listed in the "Bill To" section of the order).

 

Do you match the prices of a Warehouse Club?  

Yes. We do match the prices of Warehouse clubs as long as the Warehouse club has an identical product that's immediately available and all other price match criteria are met. If the competitor Warehouse Club website price requires a membership ID or login to view, the price match is only available in our store (not via phone or chat) and must be a live offer (not a screenshot).

 

Do you match the price if it results in a price being below your cost on a product?  

Yes. So long as the price match requested is on an identical product that's immediately available and all other price match criteria are met.

 

After my purchase can I price match more than once during my return and exchange period?  

Yes. If all other price match criteria are met, you can price match multiple times during the return and exchange period.

 

Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?  

No. Due to the differences in services being performed, we do not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery.

 

How does your price match policy cover an item scheduled for delivery?  

If we drop the price of an item we sold you at any time before its scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of the difference, including tax. To receive the lower price, you must call (833) 670-2881. Price matching cannot be processed via email. If you see a lower price on our website, all conditions apply from our standard Eco-Chic Confidence.

 

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?  

Sometimes a competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if we have a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

 

Do you price match "free gift with purchase" offers?  

No. We do not price match "free gift with purchase" offers. This includes free gift card with purchase offers.

 

Do you price match offers with financing?  

No. We do not match competitors' financing offers, or financing offers that differ between other stores and Eco-Chic Diamonds. But you can buy a product, get a price match, and still use our low or no interest financing plans on your original purchase. We also do not price match to a competitors' price that can only be received when using the competitor's credit card.

 

Do you match competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products?  

No. We do not match our competitors' trade-in value and offers on trade-in products.

 

How does the Eco-Chic Confidence apply to coupons?  

We do not match competitors' coupons. Also, customers can either use a coupon or price match to a lower price, but not both. We do not allow a coupon to be used on a product that has a price match.

 

How does the Eco-Chic Confidence apply to sales tax?  

We match the pre-tax price. We do not consider sales tax for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor's price.

 

How do I show "proof" of price?  

The best way to show proof of price is to provide the competitor's current ad or their website address for the specific product. We may call the competitor's retail store or check their website address to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

 

Do you match prices for liquidation or going-out-of-business sales?  

No. Items in a liquidation or going out of business sale are clearance items. Clearance items are excluded from the Eco-Chic Confidence.

 

We may run tests of the Eco-Chic Confidence in select locations and may amend these terms at any time.
